Niah Cave Trip

Last Sunday, 25 May 2008, a group of Geography teachers and Form 4 & 5 students from Sekolah Menengah Pg Jaya Negara Pg Hj Abu Bakar, Kuala Belait, made an educational trip to Niah Cave, Mulu. They left the school at 6.00am.

The beach

Sunday, 25 May 2008 : I took my children and friend's children to the beach. It's been ages since they last went there. You could see their faces the moment they set foot on the beach. They chased tiny crabs to their holes and collected tiny shells (see picture). My children didn't bring any beach gears with them. They found the 'mi goreng' packet and put the shells in. Obviously, the irresponsible public had forgotten to dispose the packet after enjoying it!



The beach is supposed to be litter free so everyone can enjoy it. So, please, please, dispose your trash in a proper place, if any. Otherwise, take the trash home and throw them in your bin. It feels good to clean up after the mess!
